I received the XBOX 360 Call of Duty 4 for Christmas and so far its been great. There is a level called “Death from Above” in Act I that simulates an engagement with an AC-130, being a huge fan of the Spectre I absolutely love this level and must have played it about 20 times.
4 new HD channels were activated yesterday (at least in some Mission Viejo nodes ). Now playing are:

It’s been over 1 year since I signed up for the Cox HD service, over the course of that year new HD channel additions have been far and few between. Last night I was pleasantly surprised to see Cox had rolled out quite a few new HD channels which include:
It’s great to finally see some new additions to the HD lineup and the timing couldnt be better with Thursday Football starting up on the NFL Network tomorrow! Hopefully Cox will continue to roll out new programming and compete better with the Satellite providers and keep me around for at least a little bit longer.
I’m sure some of you have heard of the Guitar Hero franchise of games. The xbox 360 version of GH II released on 4/3 so I had amazon overnight me a copy.
After playing this game for a bout 2 weeks I must say it is incredible. For a game that by outward appearances I would never play it is an absolute riot. Both Stacy and I have spent many evenings over the past 2 weeks dueling it out on the guitars. (I kick her butt)
GH has a cool leaderboard function built in, I checked my scores today and low and behold I’m ranked 16,717 out of about 250,000 players…not bad for a rookie.
When I went to the top of the list I was BLOWN away…some guy has nearly 2 billion points…yes thats 1,975,777,798 points. So much for becoming number 1!
